At Stratosail, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:
1. Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date if the product is defective or damaged.
2. Eligibility: Only items that are defective, damaged, or have a printing error are eligible for returns. Personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For any other issues, returns are not accepted.
5. Non-returnable Items: All customized or personalized items and final sale clearance products cannot be returned.
